LookGig Rescheduling Policy V1.0

Operator: Abiline OÜ, Tallinn, Estonia
Service: LookGig / lookgig.com
Contact: support@lookgig.com
Effective date: 8 October 2026

1. Purpose

This policy explains how bookings may be rescheduled before work begins.

2. Who may request a reschedule

Either the customer or the worker may propose a reschedule to an already confirmed booking.

3. How rescheduling works

A reschedule proposal must be made through the LookGig platform.

A reschedule becomes effective only when the other party accepts the new time through the platform.

If the other party does not accept the proposed reschedule, the original booking remains as confirmed unless it is separately cancelled.

4. Penalty-free reschedule window

A mutually accepted reschedule proposed and accepted before the Start PIN has been provided (that is, before work has commenced) is penalty-free in V1.

No cancellation fee applies to a penalty-free reschedule.

5. Reschedule limit

A maximum of 2 mutually accepted reschedules may be applied to any single booking.

If further changes are needed after 2 accepted reschedules, the booking must be cancelled and a new booking made.

Standard cancellation terms apply to any cancellation made after the maximum reschedule limit.

6. Rescheduling after work has started

Once a Start PIN has been provided and work has begun, a booking cannot be rescheduled; it can only be completed or, in exceptional cases, have the dispute or complaints process applied.

7. Relationship to Cancellation Policy

If a party proposes a reschedule and the other party refuses or does not respond, and the proposing party subsequently needs to cancel, standard cancellation terms apply.

Proposing a reschedule does not suspend or extend cancellation rights or penalty windows.

8. MOTHER and rescheduling

MOTHER can explain this policy and direct users to the platform reschedule function.

MOTHER cannot accept, reject, or record a reschedule on behalf of either party; reschedule acceptance must be done through the platform.
